Our Story

Welcome to our store, Craftable Creations.

I am a retired special education teacher and have been an artist since I was 12 years old. I couldn't stay away from pens, pencils and paint brushes; I did lots of drawing and painting. I was always doing cross-stitch projects, knitting, crocheting, sewing, and anything I could get my hands on to create something. I now design art quilts and I have had several travel throughout the United States and have shown my larger quilts at our local state fair winning 1st and 2nd place ribbons.

This craft store is my new adventure since retiring from teaching. I still color in adult coloring books, enjoy building 3D puzzles, doing diamond dot-type pictures and paint by number paintings for relaxation.  Those are some of the products I am selling in my store.
Sharing my hobbies with my grandchildren has been an interesting experience. I have learned that they need their own arts and craft supplies so that they can be free to express themselves without me getting in the way of their creativity (LOL). I strongly believe in keeping families, especially children, creating art and exploring different types of crafts while learning new skills, being able to explore the arts and crafts together with an adult or older sibling and engaging their minds. Many of the products I am selling are geared toward toddlers and school age children for that reason. You may discover there is an artist in the family.

I hope you find what you are looking for or something unique you can't wait to get your hands on. If not, feel free to send me a suggestion or two by email (artistmoon72@yahoo.com) and I'll see what I can do to help.
